   Labor Rates: 

Minimum trip charge: $59.50

       At home visit - $75 /hr. flat rate.

    At business visit - $95 /hr. flat rate

Extended service area: $60 Trip charge

             At shop visit - $47.50 /hr. flat rate - covers all bench time.     

             Computer Sales and other Special orders:

              Note:  Special orders and purchases over $500.00 will require 100% of total order pre-payment deposit.   Deposit is refundable only if equipment arrives damaged or is incorrect.

Payment and Terms Policy:

All payments are due upon completion of job or final delivery of goods and/or services.   Terms of Net 20 are available if requested.

Warranty and Return Policy:

 All computers and laptops sold by Ricks' Tek Services carry a full one year warranty against mechanical failure.  Select new computers and laptops sold by Ricks' Tek Services carry a full three-year warranty against any mechanical failure.  Call us for warranty details.  No warranty expressed or given for any printers or installed software programs unless otherwise specified in writing.  No warranties honored unless written proof of warranty and original sales receipt provided.   No exceptions.

When computers or laptops and / or other equipment is purchased through and installed by Ricks' Tek Services: Returns must be made within 5 days of purchase.  No returns after 5 days.  No returns on software or printers.  All printers sold are covered under manufacturer warranty only.  All returns are subject to a 15% of total order re-stocking fee.  No exceptions.  Note: When parts or PC equipment is not installed by Ricks' Tek Services, all sales are final.  No returns are possible.

Note:

Ricks' Tek Services will notify customers when their items are ready to be picked up.  Ricks' Tek Services is not responsible for items left at store or not picked up after 30 days from date of  notification.
