Labor Rates:
Minimum trip charge: $47.50
At home visit - $65 /hr. flat rate.
At business visit - $85 /hr. flat rate
At shop visit - $37.50 / hr. flat rate - covers all bench time.
PC Sales and other Special orders:
Note: Special orders and purchases over $500.00 may require a 50% of total order non-refundable deposit.
Warranty and Return Policy:
All PC's and laptops sold by Ricks' Tek Services carry a full one year warranty against mechanical failure. Select new PC's and laptops sold by Ricks' Tek Services carry a full three-year warranty against any mechanical failure. Call us for warranty details. No warranty expressed or given for any installed software programs unless otherwise specified.
When PC's or laptops and / or other equipment is purchased through and installed by Ricks' Tek Services: Returns must be made within 3 days of purchase. No returns after 3 days. No returns on software. All returns are subject to a 15% of total order re-stocking fee. No exceptions. Note: When parts or PC equipment is not installed by Ricks' Tek Services, all sales are final. No returns are possible.
Note:
Ricks' Tek Services will notify customers when their items are ready to be picked up. Ricks' Tek Services is not responsible for items left at store or not picked up after 30 days from date of notification.
